1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ATEKER WEAR website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Cultural Heritage

Our products are premium, handcrafted cultural t-shirts inspired by the heritage of Karamoja. Each design represents unique traditions, symbolism, and stories of the local tribes. We strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to the authentic, handcrafted nature of our apparel.

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are only confirmed once full payment is successfully processed through our secure payment gateway (Pesapal).
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the item is unexpectedly out of stock.

4. Pickup and Collection

As a community-focused initiative, we currently operate on a pickup-only basis for the Cultural Gala. You must select a specific pickup district and date during checkout.

• Kotido Pickup: Ajeje Studios, Senior Qtrs Road

Customers must present their official receipt number or QR code at the time of collection. Unclaimed orders after the designated pickup dates may be subject to cancellation without a refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our cultural designs, all sales are generally final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, tribe stories, and content on this website are the intellectual property of ATEKER WEAR or our collaborating artists. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ATEKER WEAR shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
